Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Methods and costs

• Standard Shipping — $6.95, 5–7 business days after processing. Free on orders over $75.
• Expedited Shipping — $14.95, 2–3 business days after processing.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check status on our Order Tracking page.

Delays and lost packages

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or weather. If your package hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimate, or tracking shows it as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact suport@axiomorventures.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
