Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
• Opened ink and toner cartridges cannot be returned unless defective.
• Damaged or incorrect items are always eligible — report them within 7 days of delivery.

How to return

Email suport@axiomorventures.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error was ours.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible.
